JE HO YUN: From Space to space

윤제호는 빛과 소리 언어로 공간과 관계하는 방식을 사유하고 그 접점을 찾으려 하는 오디오 비주얼 아티스트이다. 빛을 소리에 반응하게 하여 이야기를 만들고 관객들은 공간을 자유롭게 돌아다니며 큐브 안과 큐브 밖의 빛의 이동, 반사의 성질에 따라 무의식과 의식의 경계점을 향유하게 된다. 작가는 영상, 사운드, 거울과 발광 큐브 오브제가 상호작용하는 미디어 작품을 통해 무한한 공간에서 공간으로 이동하는 경험을 선사한다. 이러한 경험은 일상에서 복잡하고 무거우며, 여러 가지 상황에 의해 지친 관람객들의 마음속으로 스며든다. 이번 전시는 마음속으로 스며든 작품을 통해 동해와 설악이 맞닿은 아름다운 장소에서 또 다른 여행을 하게 된다. 작품 속 여행에서 무한한 내면의 경계를 넘나들게 되며, 집중하고, 평정심을 되찾으며 편안한 휴식과 명상의 기회가 되길 바란다.

윤제호
오디오 비주얼 아티스트 윤제호는 전자음악, 사운드 아트, 프로젝션 맵핑과 VR(가상현실) 아트 등 국내외 다양한 분야에서 활동하는 아티스트이다.

International Computer Music Conference(@Netherlands) 등에서 전자음악 작품을 발표한 바 있으며, 2015 MAP(Mullae Arts Plus) 아티스트로 선정되어 <SOUNDHUE>라는 이름으로 단독 공연을 하였다. 올해는 ‘2018 청주 직지 코리아 국제 페스티벌’에서 대형 미디어 작품을 발표하였고, 중국의 ‘Tomorrow Sculpture Awards 2018’에 선정되는 등

최근에 더욱 활발한 활동을 하고 있는 아티스트이다.

JE HO Yun is an audiovisual artist who tries to find a point of contact with the space in light and sound language. The audience reacts to the sound to make the story, and the audience freely travels through the space and enjoys the boundary of unconsciousness and consciousness according to the nature of movement and reflection of the light inside the cube and outside the cube. The artist brings the experience of moving from infinite space to space through media works in which images, sounds, mirrors and luminous cubes objects interact. This experience is complex and heavy in everyday life, and permeates the minds of weary audience by various situations. This exhibition will take another trip through a beautiful place where the East Sea and Seorak meet through works that have permeated into the mind. I hope that travels in the works will cross infinite inner boundaries, concentrate, regain their composure, and be an opportunity for relaxation and meditation.

Audio Visual Artist Ja Ho Yoon is an artist who works in various fields such as electronic music, sound art, projection mapping and VR (Virtual Reality) art. He has published electronic music works at the International Computer Music Conference (@Netherlands). He was selected as the 2015 MAP (Mullae Arts Plus) artist and performed solo performances under the name <SOUNDHUE>. This year, he has been actively performing more recently, including publishing major media works at '2018 Cheongju Jikji Korea International Festival' and being selected as 'Tomorrow Sculpture Awards 2018' in China.
